Vicky has been married since February 1998. She is a keen animal lover and has two cats and two dogs. In her spare time, Vicky enjoys socialising with family and friends. Vicky's interests include reading, watching television and holidays in the sun. She also enjoys karaoke (when accompanied by vodka).

Vickki is a qualified Legal Executive, having joined Lawson-West in 1997 as a secretary. Gaining a real thirst for the law, Vickki studied from home, whilst working full-time and qualified as a Legal Executive in March 2004. Vickki is an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer, having been accredited with Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, taking a particular interest in road traffic accidents and accidents at work.

Vickki rarely finds time for her own hobbies due to having two teenage daughters who have a special interest in retail therapy! When she finds time, Vickki likes to read novels of all shapes, sizes and topics including thrillers, horrors, love stories and Harry Potter. When she doesn't have her head in a book, Vickki enjoys swimming, walking, socialising with friends and has recently become an avid card maker.

Sarah joined Lawson-West initially in 1986, taking a break in 1994 to have children. Upon returning to Lawson-West early in 1997, Sarah returned to her position as Debt Department Executive. Upon the closure of the Debt Department, Sarah commenced her role as Negotiator at Lawson-West and is current Lawson-West's Senior Negotiator. Sarah negotiates settlements of client damages and accident compensation, but specialises particularly in costs negotiations.

Sarah has little time for hobbies, given that the majority of her spare time is taken up by the hobbies of her two children, but does attend the gym - attending being the operative word.

With six years specialising in the claimant personal injury sector, Saira is committed to helping clients who have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. This may involve organising rehabilitation or physiotherapy, as well as negotiating compensation settlements. Saira Roper qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004

In her spare time, Saira Roper enjoys travel and languages and has taught herself to play the piano and flute. She is also a member of the National Association for Colitis and Crohns Disease (NACC). Saira has given patient liaison presentations to Doctors at her local Hospital

Claire McGlynn Lawson-West | Trainee Solicitor

Claire gained her LLB (Honours) Law Degree from the University of Leicester where she studied healthcare law as an elective which was a particular favourite. In August 2006 she joined Lawson West as legal secretary in the Planning, Protection and Probate Department and then legal secretary in Personal Injury whilst studying the Legal Practice Course part-time. She has was promoted to Paralegal and is now a Trainee Solicitor, specialising in personal injury.

Claire learnt to dance from age 2 and plays the flute. When time between work and studying permit, she enjoys travelling, cinema, socialising, music, shopping and eating out.

Mikhaila Grant Lawson-West | Paralegal

Mikhaila is a Paralegal specialising in personal injury claims, particularly road traffic accidents. She joined Lawson West as an office junior, moved up to legal secretarial work and has since been promoted to Paralegal and will shortly commence training as a legal executive. Mikhaila also carries out debt collection on behalf of Lawson-West's commercial clients.

Mikhaila enjoys retail therapy, reading, cinema, music, socialising with friends and family and used to do Irish dancing.
